When Special Service Fees Apply
While our standard service, starting at $40, typically covers most needs, there are specific scenarios where additional fees might be necessary. These situations are less common but are relevant under certain conditions, as outlined below.
Bicycle Packages:
Packages over 21″ and larger than a Medium FedEx Express Box.
Packages over 38″ or equivalent to a FedEx 10kg Box or file box.
Packages over 10 lbs.
Vehicle Packages:
Packages over 20 lbs.
Loading/unloading extended over 7 mins.
Bicycle Waiting Time: Over 5 minutes.
Special Handling: For poorly packaged fragile items or those requiring extra care during transport.
Large Shipments: Freight charges apply for shipments that need a van. Request a quote.
Other Charges: Additional fees may apply for incorrect addresses, reattempted deliveries, and extra stops.
